Since 2009, Freedom Prep has worked to equalize opportunities for children from marginalized backgrounds and communities of color, offering an outstanding private education which is sustained in part by the state’s scholarship program, providing a path for underserved students to excel in college and beyond. Serving nearly 2,000 students across Tennessee and Alabama and rapidly growing their portfolio of schools, this STOP-enabled organization is committed to advancing the legacy of civil rights through education.
